RFXcom and Nexa switches default state after power on

Post by ubee » Thursday 08 November 2018 19:43

I have a few Nexa switches that I control by a RFXCom unit. In general it works quite well, but sometimes I have a problem with the Nexa switch status is not synchronized with the Domoticz switch status. This happens quite often after a power failure.

Domoticz seems to remember the switch status after a power failure and the system is up and running again. This is good. However, the Nexa switch always seems to be in off state when the system is up and running again. So I easily end up in a situation when Domoticz switch state and the Nexa switch state is out of sync.

This is pretty awkward. I have a few other switches controlled by sysfs GPIO. This works well! The GPIO output pins always comes back in the same status as before the power failure.

I seems like I need to toogle the Domoticz switches immediatly after reboot to make sure the Nexa switches are synchronized with Domoticz. Does anyone know a trick to make this happen?
