Personally i would not take that risk and buy me a new SD card, install the OS and domoticz (same version) and restore it's database.
Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS, Intel NUC, MySensors 2.3.0-alpha, Pro Mini 3.3/8M RFM69(HW), ESP8266 (SDK2.2.0), Sonoff, RFLink, RFXcom, MQTT, NodeRed, Domoticz Beta (from source)

One should always have a backup of Domoticz, it's database and your personal scripts.
Normally the Sd card should work in Pi2, Pi3 and Pi3B

well...
I did a backup first and I can say it works....

the only issue was the Wifi and BT interface that would not work.
It's a firmare issue (probably based on quite old raspian image I've installed) that can be easly fix by upgrading the brcm firmware

Thanks to all! :D
