According the wiki for installing on Windows
"A page for setting up the Domoticz Log File Location Path is shown. The default path (C:\Program Files (x86)\Domoticz\log) is shown and can be edited. If you do not wish to retain the log file permanently, select a temp folder (c:\windowstemp for instance)."
So if you did not edit this path during installation the domoticz log should be there.

On linux you can choose in the startup script in /etc/init.d/ if you want the logging to an OS file or only the last couple of lines in memory. You can also choose how much is logged using logsettings. Don't know if this is the same on Windows.
