Incremental Counter weekly graph empty

Post by SweetPants » Thursday 21 June 2018 13:52

I just noticed that for one of my Incremental Counters, the weekly graph is empty
Last_Week_Graph-empty.png
Last_Week_Graph-empty.png (140.58 KiB) Viewed 1125 times
In the monthly graph the values are ok, so the database seems ok.

Anyone else have the same problem?

Here too (4.9741).

Seems to be something with graphlog. The counter has it's values (on the widget) but indeed the graphs remain empty and also "view data table" shows nothing.

Hi.
The problem is present again with the last stable V4.9700 (and V4.9741 for elmortero)
It was Ok for me with V3.9052 but the problem was also present with a previous version (Don't remember witch one)
Of course the cache has been cleared.
Strange ...Any idea?

Some precision:
I reinstall my hard drive with V3.9052 with the backup of the V4.9700: the weekly grah is correct

In general this is a bad idea. Never restore a newer database backup on an older system.

Unfortunately doesn't have any counter device to check. Could you please provide what JSON API returns for /json.htm?type=graph&sensor=counter&idx={your_device}&range=month ?

And the response for the same command but with week instead of month:
You can see that all values are equals to 0, but not for the "month" answer (13 and 17 august)

Looks like something wrong with JSON API response. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with C to take a look

Hi.
Thanks for your réponse. But does it means that the weekly display will never work again?
Or someone else can have a look ?
Thanks.
Patrick.

I think so, already supplied my database with incremental counter(s) to GizMoCuz, nut no response yet. If i would know here to look into the source i will try to give it a shot myself, but I have no clue where to start debugging this.
