What sort of updates are those? I mean: what are you doing that uses these HTTP paths?
I use it to link buttons from a selector switch to a device with an HTTP API. Have a look here:

I have a small problem after updating from the previous stable-release to this one. My daily water-usage was previously shown in liters, but it is now shown in m3.

Is there anywhere I can change that, because liters are much more descriptive in my opinion.

I want to use Telegram notifications in v4.9. So not via http, but the special build Telegram notifications.

Unfortunately I don't receive notifications when I click the test button. Anyone else who is successful with it?

In API key I fill in my bot API:
000000000:XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

In chat-id I fill in my id belonging to my personal account.
I've got the same problem; entered all correct details under Settings - Notifications - Telegram.
When I hit the "Test" button, the message is not being received within Telegram. Instead I see the following log entries:

2018-08-11 14:52:32.621 Status: Notification: Domoticz test
2018-08-11 14:52:33.876 Notification sent (telegram) => Failed
2018-08-11 14:52:33.922 Active notification Subsystems: email, telegram (2/13)
2018-08-11 14:52:33.876 Error: Telegram:

Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

hello,

I updated without any problem from jessie to stretch following:

https://linuxconfig.org/raspbian-gnu-li ... -stretch-9

I have a question about the release notes.

What is it exactly : " Implemented: ZWave node ID to log"¿? what and where to log?

Thanks!

Problem solved.

Install opkg install ca-bundle and opkg install ca-certificates. Pushbullet works, email unfortunately no.

Are there any plans for the next stable release of Domoticz where Philips Hue and Onkyo plugins are working?

On the web page I can see different installations but not a link to download it for Asustor. Can you provide a download link for a the latest stable version to be used with Asustor intel chips.
I have tried updating it from within the application, but it fails replying there is no update available.
What is needed to use the final and the beta versions on Asustor. I have tried contacting Asustor support but it seems they are waiting on your feedback.
Would like to start using the nice extra's implemented into the this version
I am going to bump this one up again.
The release that is avaible through the App Central of the Asustor NAS (AS6202T here) shows version 3.5837 which was released 03-11-2016.
In the meantime there is 4.9700.
Is the support for Asustor dead?
If not, a more or less rough estimation when to expect an update?

Any advice to better leave the Asustor NAS platform and focus on something else like a RaspberryPI welcome.
The version 3.5837 is getting a bit old now and we look forward to the new functionalities.

It was planned every month after this 4.9700, but everyone needs vacations I presume!
No problem waiting till ready & indeed a good idea to upgrade more often (maybe every month is quite short, every quarter would IMO be enough) to minimize the deltas between stables with big deltas that can create migration problems (like DB since old-stable, depending on users config, reason why I did not upgrade for now).

Deleted this posting as it wasn't related to Domoticz, but something went wrong in my Jessie to Stretch upgrade

Hi

It seems to be a known problem and I read that some people solved it using the beta version. As far as I'm concerned, I will simply wait for the next stable release and make a clean install (with a backup...).

Have updated to Stretch, tried multiple backup databases... Domoticz and RaspBian Stretch updates was completed without errors. Is there something I'm missing? Didn't find any info from google or here.

Edit: Just update to the latest beta (./updatebeta) and it works! :)

Today on my Raspberry B+ with version V3.8153 'repair' of precipatation-info was not possible [= taking out 'strange' values by indicating through Shift+MouseLeft]
Also backup of database was refused.

Upgraded to latest Beta-release V4.10021 and restore with latest available database-file seemed OK, till I selected the subpage 'Weather'.
Is totally corrupt: all widgets on that page have same 'nonsens'-layout with topline of each widget containing
hPa mm UVI //

Somebody an idea how to restore to 'normal' layout?

Set1 = RPI-B+RFXCom433+S0PCM+Linksprite-shield for BMP180/DS18B20/RS485+DDS238-1ZN
Set2 = RPI-3+RFLinkGTW+ESP8266s+PWS_WS7000
Common = 3*PVLogger+PWS_TFA_Nexus+KAKUs

A lot of the problems users experience after a domoticz update are gone when the browsercache and appcache are cleared. There are also quite a number of posts on this forum related to these kind of problems.

To summarize and sorted from little effort to a bit more effort take these steps and check after each step if it address the issues you encounter.

- clear browser cache and appcache
Chrome: chrome://appcache-internals/#
Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/storage

- in www/js look for domoticz.js.gz, if its there remove it, (KEEP domoticz.js !! )
- use incognito mode using
Chrome [control] [shift] n
Firefox: [control] [shift] p

- restart domoticz
- rename the location of the original installation and install the new version to an empty target directory. Next copy database and scripts from the old location and fire it up.

Hope this will also solve your problem.
Raspberry (debian stretch via berryboot on Synology DS916+) , Domoticz (almost) latest Beta, , dzVents 2.6, RFLink, RFXtrx433e, P1, Youless, Harmony, Hue, Yeelight, Xiaomi, HomeWizard, Zwave, Amazon echo
