When you associate the second button on a Fibaro dimmer2 to control the light connected to a second dimmer you need to 'wake up' the dimmer first.
Meaning that whenever I want to turn on the kitchen light I have to click S2 (to activate the dimmer) and then click it again to actually do what it is supposed to do and turn on the associated light. From then on everything works as intended and only 1 click is needed ... at least for a while until the dimmer goes into sleep mode or whatever again and I need to press twice again. Of course this is just horrible design by Fibaro.
Has anyone gone through the options yet?
1) Is there a way to fix the behaviour or somehow prevent the 'sleep mode' from happening?
2) Can I ditch the association and somehow use S2 to activate a scene which then does the same thing? (Dimming and double click to 100% included)
3) Can I replace the Fibaro dimmer by something that actually does Z-Wave association correctly?
