Re: TKBHome association

Hi DeVisdude,

No you don't get any new devices, no need to re-include because nothing will change.
There is only ever 1 switch - for the left-hand paddle.
The right-hand paddle is added only by group association, as I mentioned above.
It doesn't have its own device.

Re: TKBHome association

Funnily enough I asked this same question when I got my TZ56. The answer is to use - Setup -> Hardware -> Zwave controller Setup -> Node management -> Groups & Network and add an existing switch node to the TZ55's Group 2 - click on the "+" Operating the RH paddle will then turn that other node On/O...

Re: THERMOSTAT OPERATING STATE reported frequently

So I removed that bit, and it's OK now!
Egregius, thanks for the pointer.
Also took the opportunity to remove some bad COMMAND_CLASS_SENSOR_MULTILEVEL entries from the Fibaro FGMS001 entries

Re: THERMOSTAT OPERATING STATE reported frequently

Thanks! Yes, the offending part of the config must be this - <CommandClass id="66" name="COMMAND_CLASS_THERMOSTAT_OPERATING_STATE" version="1" request_flags="4" innif="true"> <Instance index="1" /> <Value type="string" genre="user" instance="1" index="0" label="Operating State" units="" read_only="t...

Re: THERMOSTAT OPERATING STATE reported frequently

Hi Egregius,
My original post was about Horstmann/Secure SCSC17 thermostats, although I didn't mention the exact type at the time.
I'm now on V 3.6207.
If the file is called 'ozw_cfg xml' then I definitely don't have one.

Re: THERMOSTAT OPERATING STATE reported frequently

It has become a larger deal for me, now.
If I follow the log in the GUI, and select the Status tab, nearly half of the entries are now "OpenZWave: Unhandled class: 0x42 ..."

Use a 'timer' on the device, in the Switches tab.

Re: Fibaro Motion Sensor

Hi Ropske,
I have 2, they work well now.
And yes, they CAN be configures from Domoticz.
Simply wake the sensor with 3 clicks, then send the new config while its light is blue.

Re: [Plugin now available in Beta] Help with Yeelight Bulb

Hi Deennoo,
No, my code is not 'better' than yours!
It is to demonstrate that the Yee light's API can be controlled directly by Lua.
My Yee is not used as a room light, so I don't need dimmers and colour pickers.
It is instead controlled directly by the security sensors.

Re: [Plugin now available in Beta] Help with Yeelight Bulb

Hi Woody, My code is intended as a library to be called from an existing Domoticz Lua script. It does not run directly from the GUI interface device. Instead its functions are called when my security detectors are triggered. E.g. package.path = '/home/pi/domoticz/scripts/lua/?.lua;' .. package.path ...

Re: [Plugin now available in Beta] Help with Yeelight Bulb

Hi Woody,

Yes, all of those things are possible.
One way would be to build on the Lua code I posted on the previous page (11).
It does all of the basics, including saving/retaining the last setting, and getting Flow status.

I think you'll find that just about every wireless doorbell is the same!
You only need to do a devicechanged check, 'cos it sends ON whenever pressed.

Yes, it seems to be a known problem.
Try this instead -

Re: [Plugin now available in Beta] Help with Yeelight Bulb

The code can be included with - package.path = '/home/pi/domoticz/scripts/lua/?.lua;' .. package.path YEE = require("Yee") It can be run either from Domoticz Lua, or from a stand-alone Lua test script. It should be able to support multiple lamps, but that's untested. It uses a socket, but could prob...

Hi Lvsigo,

Yes, this does work quite quickly -
http://easydomoticz.com/forum/viewtopic ... 55b841a5ce

I need to see how using curl compares with io.popen(url) and using a socket.

On FOR x will be useful as well.
