Re: Aurora theme

@jeanclic: i don’t know about the sliding issue. It doesn’t sound like it’s really an issue? @tontze: - yes, you can only merge simple items (see the manual). Hmm, I thought I had added code that made it impossible to even try doing that. Guess not :-) - that’s not the blinds icon, that’s the switch...

Re: Python plugin: Xiaomi Mi Flower Mate

UPDATE I've uploaded a new version of the plugin that may fix the bluetooth issue. The plugin now uses the heartbeat function to poll one sensor per heartbeat. - This could give more space between polls, and thus prevent the Bluepy helper from crashing if users have a lot of Flower Mates. - This als...

Re: user variable as setpoint

in the Aurora theme you can change the value of a text element directly in the interface. Perhaps that could be another route.

Re: Aurora theme

@bdormael: the items position and and order is linked to their containers/type. Technically it would be possible to 'fish out' some items and store their ID in a user variable. And then always load these items into the special "highlighted" container when the page is built. Not a bad idea. But in a ...

Re: Python plugin: Xiaomi Mi Flower Mate

@idanit: you are using a older version that still has debugging output enabled. @Oliwier: how many Flower Mates do you have? I have tested it with 2. I also got the error you mentioned, but fixed that by adding a bit more time between readings of all the sensors. Perhaps if you have more than 2 it n...

Re: Aurora theme

@Xztraz: thanks! @Olinek2: I have no idea. Have you cleared your application cache? tried different browsers? What device are you on? UPDATE BUGFIX I've added a fix for the RGBW popup, which was recently changed in Domoticz. NEW FEATURE If the value of a text item is a URL, then the theme will autom...

Re: Python plugin: Python plugin installer!

@ycahome: that is the direction Domoticz is/should be heading. See this feature request: https://github.com/domoticz/domoticz/issues/2057 It has also been discussed with Gizmocus. But there is no time path. A more practical reason why it's not really possible to create a more complex plugin to manag...

@ash77 - wow, is that really the solution? If so, let's create a pull request!

Re: Make blockly Else if to an actual else if

Fixing this would rock.

I agree that Blockly is a valuable feature that most other open source home automation didn't/don't have. For me it was also the main reason to stick with Domoticz: it has potential to make home automation accessible to a less tech-savvy audience.

Re: RFLink arduino GPIO

In theory you can load other arduino code on the RFLink, if I remember correctly. But I'd recommend installing Domoticz on a Raspberry Pi Zero (W). Because Domoticz keeps your Synology awake 24/7, wearing down your harddrives. It's better to get a $10 piece of hardware instead, and save your $300 Sy...

Re: Aurora theme

UPDATE By popular demand I added an option to hide Comfort and Dew Point data on TempHumBaro devices. - This works on the dashboard, when highlighted devices are enabled. - It is enabled by default. Remember to reset the theme after installing it (button on the settings page). This will allow Domoti...
