Re: lighting 5 kangtai / cotech motion sensor sends 'Off' value when detecting movement

The sensor transmits a packet with the same code as the CoTech OFF.
Maybe an option to create a virtual sensor and set this device to On by a script when an Off is detected.

Re: lighting 5 kangtai / cotech motion sensor sends 'Off' value when detecting movement

The sensor has probably an EV1527 or PT2262 chip. The protocol used by these chips is Lighting4 and produces a 24 bit value. If the format and pulse timing is about the same as used by another protocol like CoTech it can be decoded as such. The Kerui sensors are listed as supported and correct decod...

Re: Problem with RFXtrx433e switching KAKU (COCO) switches

Easiest way: Use RFXmngr and enable only the AC protocol, press a button on the remote, Reset the KAKU module to remove all remotes, set the KAKU module in pairing mode, Transmit a Lighting2 - AC ON command to pair the KAKU module using the ID and unitcode received from the remote. IF AC does not op...

Re: Problem with RFXtrx433e switching KAKU (COCO) switches

Correct, some remotes transmit several protocols.
If the module is paired with protocol "a" it will not respond on protocol "b"

To get it operational:
Press a button on the remote and create this device in Domoticz,
Reset the module to remove all remotes,
Pair the module with the Domoticz device.

Re: Rohrmotor remote control RMF-T15

Standard firmware of the RFXtrx433E does not support receiving of the BlindsT6 / RMF remote.
Send a request to support rfxcom.com for a firmware version that can receive this protocol.

Re: Lucci fan support with RFXCOM in Domoticz?

The Westinghouse fan 7226640 is also supported by the RFXtrx433(E). But we are talking in this thread about a problem controlling the LucciAir DC fan which has another protocol compared to the LucciAir AC. A solution will probably available soon for the LucciAir DC.

Re: Lucci fan support with RFXCOM in Domoticz?

Protocol enabling is only necessary for receive mode and not necessary for LucciAir as the remote is not received.
It seems another LucciAir type if you can't control the fan with one of the possible ID's. Contact support rfxcom.com

Re: RFXtrx433E losing contact with sensors

It seems the FTDI USB interface becomes in a lock state.
See also the FAQ in the RFXtrx User Guide.

Try this:
- a shorter USB cable
- don't run the cable along power lines
- use a quality power supply on the RPI
- connect the RFXtrx on a powered USB hub with a good quality power supply

Re: Pairing KERUI D025 door/window sensor

enable Lighting4 and enable "Accept new hardware devices" on the Setup - Settings page.

Note: it is preferred to use the D026 as this sensors has an Open/Close status. The D025 has only an Open status.

Re: IDIOT ALERT: Any way to recover from flashing the wrong firmware?

It should not be a problem to flash another type of firmware even after the RFXrec firmware. If the flash procedure was interrupted it is possible that the bootloader cannot be accessed by a software command. try with RFXflash. Please contact support rfxcom for the recovery procedure if flasing is n...

Please see chapter 2 in the RFXtrx User Guide for the list of supported devices.
FAAC is not in the list. It is not possible to add the protocol if FAAC has an encrypted protocol.
