Re: TEMP_HUM sensors not recognized

Maybe RF interference of the RPI.
Place the RFXtrx433E antenna not close to the RPI (use the full USB cable length)
Use a good quality power supply o the RPI.
Check with only Hideki enabled in Domoticz.
Check with RFXmngr at the same location as used on the RPI.

Re: Domoticz + RFXCOM - temperature not updating

1 You have the same protocols enabled in Domoticz as used in RFXmngr?
2 The RFXtrx433E was on the same location with both tests?

Re: Sonoff RF & Rfxcom

It seems you need a Sonoff remote to create the device in Domoticz.

Re: Sonoff RF & Rfxcom

You can pair a Lighting4 device with this Sonoff.
The drawback is that thi device only has a toggle and no On/Off command.
https://www.itead.cc/wiki/Sonoff_RF
You can test this also with RFXmngr, use a pulse time of 370usec and ID = D216B1

Re: Sonoff RF & Rfxcom

Is this a Sonoff 4CH Pro?
The buttons on the Sonoff 4CH Pro do not transmit 433MHz RF signals.
You will need the Sonoff remote for this. See also chapter 14.5 in the RFXtrx User Guide.

Silvercrest 91089 can be used with Lighting4 enabled on the RFXtrx433 and RFXtrx433E
Silvercrest 60494 can be used with Lighting4+AC enabled on the RFXtrx433E

Re: KAKU does not work in Domoticz

The code of your KAKU remote is maybe the same as a Kangtai/Cotech packet. If Lighting4 and AC is enabled in Ext2 it will try to decode the packet for this protocol.

Re: Not receiving signals anymore.

If possible, check your RFXtrx433E on another location (>500 meters away) on a laptop with RFXmngr. It could be any sensor or remote with an almost empty battery or a sensor filled with water or a button pressed on a remote. In most cases it was a X10 MS13 sensor with almost empty battery or an outs...

Re: KAKU does not work in Domoticz

The remote is received as AC device?
You have a recent firmware in the RFXtrx433E?

Re: kaku not going off

The difference between the remote and the RFXtrx433 is the number of RF packets transmitted.
Try with a very short press on the remote to simulate the RFXtrx433E transmit.

Re: kaku not going off

Which device is connected to the KAKU?

KAKU modules should not be placed close together (< 25cm)
Try the KAKU modul on another location.

Some devices produce RF noise, for example a LED lamp.
Try with an incandescent light bulb.

Re: What door sensor do you recommend? Zwave/ RFXtrx

Dear All, Please could you make a recommendation, what door sensor with on / off sense do you recommend? Spent many hours, still a nightmare. Have z-wave and RFXtrxE 433 controllers. Hope to find a good reliable product for <= £20 per sensor. Options I have tried. Bought a FOXX A75WA aka Aeotec DSB...

Yes, Ext can be used.
The RFXtrx433E can use all firmware types.
The RFXtrx433 can use Type1 or Type2.

Re: Profile Qnect 400W On/Off switch not discovered by Domoticz

Is the Profile Qnect switch received as Kangtai/CoTech in RFXmngr with Lighting4 and AC enabled?
Note: use Ext2 firmware.

Re: Profile Qnect 400W On/Off switch not discovered by Domoticz

If this is a Profile Qnect 423000040 or 423000042:
Use Ext2 firmware and enable Lighting4 and AC in the RFXtrx433E.
The Profile Qnect switch should be received as Kangtai/CoTech, this can also be tested with RFXmngr.
