Re: Can Domoticz be used as an interface between different makes

Hi, remove the "Time=" block and replace with just the number block on its own.

Re: New Domoticz Events design

This new Events Editor is a great upgrade for the Domoticz interface.

Not noticed any bugs yet, but even if they exist, this is still a very nice improvement.

Thank you very much to the Devs. Your hard work is appreciated.

Re: LightwaveRF - No logs or graphs in Web GUI

Saw some activity regarding logs elsewhere on the forum so updated to V4.10053. Still no Log Graphs for LightwaveRF. From the non-responses to this I suppose it's just my installation. But it did work since 2013 until recently, and seemed to occur directly after the same problem was reported and fix...

Re: Simple Blocky script not working

Replace the "if do" block with the one without the blue gear. The one with the blue gear only works if there is an else condition added.

Re: adding blinds controlled via relays

For my Velux windows I also use 2 relays, so this may give you some ideas for your blinds. To start with I made 2 virtual dummy Domoticz Push-Buttons to operate the relays:- https://www.dropbox.com/s/iql7w8jib8elr70/relay78.PNG?dl=1 They are defined with scripts to address relays 7 and 8 on an ETH00...

Re: Domoticz, Vera, Harmony Hub, Rooms, and Echo/Google Home

HA Bridge was great when Google Home worked (see above), but not anymore. In any case, does the manual add to Domo involves scripting?
It's still "great" if you use Alexa ;) . No scripting required if you just add a switch or activity.

Re: Domoticz, Vera, Harmony Hub, Rooms, and Echo/Google Home

If the HA Bridge option is adopted then this also has Harmony Hub integration including Activities and Devices. With regard to adding the Domoticz (and Harmony) Devices these are scanned from within the HA Bridge web interface and then you can manually select devices to be added, or make edits and t...

Re: Harmony Hub - Socket Timed Out

Well, I seem to be making some progress. The errors progressively got worse and even re-starting the Domoticz hardware or power cycling the Hub had little or no effect. I noted within a Domoticz Github post from @gordonb3 that the Harmony may be susceptible to WiFi interference from maybe a neighbou...

Re: "Useless" Switches on their own tab ?????

In:-

Setup -> More Options -> Plans -> Room Plans

There is a "$Hidden Devices" entry.
If you add your switches to that then they no longer show up in the Switch Tab.

Re: EVO Home not updating

So effectively you are saying that the data is in fact there and this is a client issue? Did you also clear the browser cache? Renewing the appcache will still reference the browser cache to save on bandwidth while recreating it. If there is anything in there that has an incorrect (newer) timestamp...

Re: EVO Home not updating

This is a bit strange. I can get graphs on my Surface Pro:- https://www.dropbox.com/s/6yzte17rcrg0n45/Evo.PNG?dl=1 But I can't get them working on my Work PC or my Android tablet. I have tried clearing appcache etc and using incognito mode in Chrome, also tried IE but no results. I can't figure it o...

Re: EV car charger control

Thank you StanHD but I need faster charge with 16A. I am thinking about using some like Sonoff (thank you LennartIsHigh) to open and close the trigger of a relè rated at 32A. In this way I could be able to switch the charge on and off remotely but I think that I can't measure power consumption.... ...

Re: EV car charger control

Hi, we charge our PHEV via a Z-Wave TKB Appliance Plug which is rated up to 3kw / (12.5A @ 230v) with overload protection. The charging current is regulated (by the car) to 10A and can be set lower if required. So check if your vehicle has this capability. We have been using the plug for 7 months no...

Re: Harmony Hub - Socket Timed Out

OK, thanks I will install on Domoticz machine over weekend and see what I can find. Strange thing is that overnight the errors were constant every 6 minutes, so I disabled the Harmoy Hardware in Domoticz and left it for an hour this morning. I then re-enabled and operated an activity a few times and...

I guess its all about the filters?. If my Domoticz PC is 192.168.0.38 and the Harmony is 192.168.0.45, could you guide me?

Re: Harmony Hub - Socket Timed Out

I'm a bit puzzled by that log sequence. The timeout message shown can only be the result from a login attempt, but somehow a lot of the log lines where it should state that it does so are missing. Can you do a wireshark trace of the traffic between your machine and HarmonyHub? Thanks for the fast r...
