Re: [MyDomoAtHome] Support thread

Hi Emmanuel, I think I found the cause for the 'Unexpected end of input' error. I found out that one of my children had removed a z-wave dimmer from the socket (one I don't use very often). After I plugged it in again, MDAH has been up for several days again. The device that was removed is on my Imp...

Re: [MyDomoAtHome] Support thread

Don't have a clue...

It was stable, but after updating to DSM 6.1.7 and MDAH 0.2.39, it's not anymore. Do you recall what you changed when you resolved the issue mentioned above?

Re: [MyDomoAtHome] Support thread

I'm having a recurring issue (https://github.com/empierre/MyDomoAtHome/issues/156), where MDAH stops with an Unexpected end of input: info: Domoticz server: http://127.0.0.1:8084/json.htm info: Node version: 4.8.7 info: MDAH version: MyDomoAtHome 0.2.39 info: OS version: Linux linux 3.2.40 info: Hos...

Bypass do-not-disturb mode in Android

I've created an alarm system in Domoticz using several sensors and a siren/lights that switch on when triggered. A notification to my phone is also triggered. This is where I'd like to hear your experiences: my phone is in Do Not Disturb mode at night, to avoid being woken up by people that feel the...

Re: domoticz in synology as package! Available now.

After updating DSM to 6.1.5-15254 Update 1, Domoticz has become unresponsive. I can open Domoticz, when pressing buttons they respond, but the actual devices don't switch on or off. Anyone else experiencing this? I have a DS414 (ArmadaXP). @jumbotroll, any ideas? Log file doesn't give me any hints....

Re: Installed on NAS Synology : What's next

Domoticz should listen on port 8084 by default, so try going to 192.168.x.x:8084.

Off-topic: ^that's quite an outdated DSM screenshot :-)

@mcwieger since @spuki confirmed, I'll release a version maybe tonight
I updated to 0.2.36 and it has been running for over 2 days now. It looks like it was fixed. Thanks!

Any way to donate to support?

Re: [MyDomoAtHome] Support thread

127.0.0.1 is your local machine, the one you have a browser or a console on.
Yes, I'm aware. I tested it with the actual server url :-)
I will need to make a package for you to test
Happy to test, @epierre! I will PM my email address!

Re: [MyDomoAtHome] Support thread

When I open 127.0.0.1:8084/json.htm (so without the parameters to show all devices) I get:

Code: Select all

{
   "status" : "ERR"
}
Is that normal behaviour?

Re: [MyDomoAtHome] Support thread

Unfortunately, myDomoAtHome often crashes. It runs on a Synology NAS. At the moment in version 0.2.35. In version 0.2.34 was the same problem. Domoticz Version: 3.8153 Who can help me? BG Spucki I have the same issue, it crashes every hour now. With the 'unexpected end of input' error, I don't have...

Re: Backup and restore - implications

Good point I did not mention indeed: I'm on Synology. This means I remove the package (comparable with an app on your phone) and reinstall it and then do a db restore. That's it, no image or SD cards. I can place lua scripts etc back in thr right places, no problem, mainly need to know if my hardwar...

Backup and restore - implications

I'm experiencing issues with Domoticz - MyDomoAtHome - Imperihome integration. I was advised to do a clean install of Domoticz. Since I have A LOT running on Domoticz, I'm quite reluctant to do a backup and restore, but am willing to give it a try if it means I can keep using Imperihome on my wall t...

Re: Controlicz - Easy Domoticz to Alexa Integration

Last week I got Controlicz to work (removed https:// from server name, that was the issue). Discover. All devices were discovered. However, they did not work when I called them via Alexa. I removed all devices in Alexa. I added some easy-to-call names in the descriptions in Domoticz (Controlicz: La...
