Re: Zigbee2MQTT

I have looked a little bit further into the battery issue. Both battery level and voltage are send. The one that is sending 100% battery level has a voltage of 3.025 Volts That's more than the nominal voltage of the lithium cell. I suppose that the internal circuit of measuring voltage is not accura...

Re: Zigbee2MQTT

Tnx. Yes, that was the trick. :D
Sometimes solutions are sooooo simple...
Pitty that the battery is 100%, although the sensor is already a few months in operation.
Other sensors show already 95%.

Re: Zigbee2MQTT

Still having trouble with my RTCGQ01LM motion sensor (https://xiaomi-mi.com/sockets-and-senso ... cy-sensor/)
I can only get it working with a Domoticz switch changed to Switch Type 'Motion Sensor'
But that does not allow me to use 'udevice'
Any ideas?

Re: MQTT Battery Level Not Working

Tnx. :D It works for me too now.
It's strange that "Battery" seems to be case-sensitive, everything else is lowercase.

Re: Zigbee2MQTT

Nice! :D Little trick for beter readability. This is my configuration.yaml file in my test enviroment. If you change 'friendly_name' to somewhat meaning full. That name will then be used as the topic name -> 'zigbee2mqtt/ZolderTHB' homeassistant: false permit_join: true mqtt: base_topic: zigbee2mqtt...

Re: Last device IDX

If it's for this particular purpose, why not make a function that's easier to use: local function getNewIndex() local last_device = domoticz.devices().reduce(function(acc, device) if acc == nil or device.idx > acc.idx then acc = device end return acc end) if last_device == nil then domoticz.log("No...

Re: Last device IDX

I was talking about virtual devices in my case. I did not read the wiki properly. And I was confused about the 'idx' mentioned there, I tought it was the device idx. I test again in my code if it does the job. TNX. Edit. I can create all kind of devices but not these. http://192.168.xxx.xxx:nnnn/jso...

@waaren Sorry, tried the function, but the function gives back the latest 'active' device. :(
Any other ideas?

Re: Last device IDX

Sorry for the delayed reaction (Weekend and nice weather ;) ) @waaren Tnx I will use that. As far I as saw you could create New devices in the Python plugin environment, but could not do that in the dzVents environment the same way. I am not a fan of the Python plugins due to the previous memory pro...

Last device IDX

I might have missed something, and could not find it either in wiki and forum. Is there a way to find the last IDX in Domoticz? I would like to have that to create a new customdevice with a certain name. At start of the script it could be tested if the device exists and set a marker that it is prese...

Re: Zigbee2MQTT

My finished version of getting data from 2 Xiaomi devices (PIR and Temp/Hum/Baro) into Domoticz. Put in a function to get all the devices in the network to the log in domoticz. And did some extra naming to the topics. [{"id":"74016149.f403","type":"mqtt in","z":"8188c534.77e7e8","name":"THB","topic"...

Re: how can i add Somfy blinds to Domoticz ? (i have de 433.92)

Yes, that's all. If you act as the pages describe you can send your own unique codes, like I did with my RFXCOM hardware.
That worked for me, don know how.
Those RTS commands are not saved in the Domoticz database, so I think that RFLink saved those values.

Re: Neo CoolCam PIR Temperature settings

I think that that device does not support those settings.
There is a: 7. Light Sensor Polling Interval
Lux and Temp come at the same interval.

Re: how can i add Somfy blinds to Domoticz ? (i have de 433.92)

If you have an RFLINK with the right frequency for Somfy it's easy, at least it works for me.
Change Switch type of the device that is found by 'Accept new Hardware Devices' with the Edit button to Venetian Blinds EU.

Re: Zigbee over NRF24

On GitHub the last update is from more then 2 month ago.
It does not state anything about the hardware, because only the NRF24 is not enough, it should be controlled by an Arduino or ESP.

Re: Zigbee2MQTT

Tnx for the answer. I did it a little bit differently. if (Math.round(batt) > 1) { msg.payload.battery = Math.round(batt); } else { delete msg.payload.battery; } This works too, but the fact that the property is not present is handled by Domoticz as 'nill' So the battery value is gone in Domoticz. Re: Zigbee2MQTT

Yes, I know.
But I 'hate' the fact that those devices have the same name in both Domoticz Menus.
That is why I seperated those devices. But you can ofcourse have output to 1 Domoticz device.
