Re: Python Plugin: Zigbee2Mqtt

It works perfectly, but I have a few questions/remarks. The WSDCGQ11LM (Xiaomi Aqara temperature, humidity and pressure sensor) is setup as device "Pressure", it should be setup as device "Barometer". Request: from the same device there should be a possibility to setup Temp and Hum as 1 device. Only...

Support for MAX4466

Is anyone already busy with support for the MAX4466, or is anyone willing to implement the code for it? I would like to have some sort of measument for environmental noise/sound. The MAX4466 is cheap and proberbly easy to implement. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/GY-MAX4466-electret-microphone-ampl...

Re: Zigbee2MQTT

I am trying to figure how to add devices. Does anyone have a step by step tutorial? Here is the pairing of devices: https://github.com/Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt/wiki/Pairing-devices @ben53252642 All of my battery devices are reporting the battery %, but some of them are still on 100%, but they are new. Re: RFXCOM Noisy data

In the RFX manual there is a table of devicetypes that are not getting along with each other, did you check those settings.
I once had a time that Domoticz screwup those settings, then I had to revert back to RFXmngr to get them right again.
What firmware are you using in RFX?

Re: RFLINK stopped working

Link about persistentUSBDevices: https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/PersistentUSBDevices You could give it a try. Change the USB connection in an other port. Did you try all the Serialports which are present in the pulldown in Domoticz? Did you remove power from Domoticz and RFLink, wait 10 sec. and appl...

Re: RFLINK stopped working

Do a 'dmesg | grep tty' and find the port which states 'ch341'
Change in Domoticz hardware tab the RFlink to that port.

SD-card and USB stick statistics script

If you ever want to know how much is written to the SD-card and/or USB stick you can use this script. If you leave it running for some time you can find out at what time data is write to the SD-card and/or USB stick. This way you can optimize the amount of data written to hardware and expand the lif...

Re: Action in case of Raspberry PI failure

I use a UPS for 2 Raspberry's (Main and Slave) and for the blinds I have for doors and windows. This way I always have a limited time for normal operation. For SD-card failure I use industrial grade SD-cards, make sure that almost all write actions go to tmpfs (/var/log) and a USB-stick. On the USB...

The A-record of your (sub)domain should point to your Domoticz server.

Nice work. :D
Hopefully this Zigbee solution can hardware wise be directly integrated in Domoticz.
Saves a lot of nodered programming.

Re: Assigning USB ports (Raspberry Pi) - suggestion

From the boot log you provided it seems that port 1-1.5 is never 'discovered' This is the last I saw. [ 14.828629] usb 1-1.4: FTDI USB Serial Device converter now attached to ttyUSB2 Could be a hardware problem. Try using an USB stick instead if the P1 and boot again. See if 1-1.5 is discovered now ...

Re: Assigning USB ports (Raspberry Pi) - suggestion

Did you try to switch devpath 1.4 and 1.5

Code: Select all

SUBSYSTEM=="tty", ATTRS{idVendor}=="0424", ATTRS{idProduct}=="9514", ATTRS{devpath}=="1.4", SYMLINK+="ttyUSB_P1"
SUBSYSTEM=="tty", ATTRS{idVendor}=="0403", ATTRS{idProduct}=="6001", ATTRS{devpath}=="1.5", SYMLINK+="ttyUSB_RFXCom"

EddyG thanks for the tips, I'll have to upgrade to get the RSSI support.

Btw new Xiaomi sensor was just released (I've ordered a couple) "Xiaomi Zigbee (vibration, tilt, fall) sensor Model: DJT11LM"

https://github.com/Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt/issues/295
Is this device already supported?
