Re: Logitech Media Server

Then I guess the only option is to go back here: https://github.com/domoticz/domoticz/blob/b11aff2a59bd80c9e41cca7e97816a96de618116/main/EventSystem.cpp#L1502 and try to determine the reason for the error message to see if it would help in finding the root cause for the problems. If I understand it ...

Re: Logitech Media Server

If you look at the devices table, can you see any switches under the LMS hardware? Anything strange with those?

Re: Lua 'On AFTER...' not working since upgrade to v3.8153

That’s basically the way to do it. But if the idea is to use this with scenes I think you are out of luck - they cannot be turned off (a scene sets the devices to target status, but is not able to ”reverse” the status). You should use groups instead :)

Ah, sorry I didn’t notice that you were not the original poster. I thought you already had RFLink and were looking to buy a rain gauge. My bad :)

Re: Lua 'On AFTER...' not working since upgrade to v3.8153

Hmm, could it be that it is triggered more than one time (e.g. if motion detected again when the switch has already turned on). If the device is already "On", the "On FOR X" does not do anything as it only returns the device to the state where it was when triggered (which in this case would already ...

Re: Fibaro FGBS001 and rain gauge

@Nautilus, this seems like the Alecto WS-1200 https://www.alecto.nl/weerstation-1200 Got one myself, great device for this value! So if the original device does not work with the rtl_433, i think this one will not either. @mantoz:, try rtl_433 from the command line too else a RFXCom or RFLink will ...

Re: Fibaro FGBS001 and rain gauge

Regarding 433Mhz, I won't invest in more (I have a RFLink but need to review the antenna) because I have the Xiaomi gateway with a lot's of temp, door and motion sensors. This works with RFLink: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Wireless-Rain-Meter-Gauge-Weather-Station-indoor-outdoor-temperature-Rec...

You need to use "On" instead of "ON" :)

Re: How to set device RGBWW via Lua script?

You can use these examples as a reference: https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/Domoticz_API/JSON_URL's#Set_a_light_to_a_certain_color_or_color_temperature Also, a nice way to see the exact API call is to open developer console in a browser (e.g. in Chrome you can do it by right-click -> inspect), select n...

Re: Logitech Media Server

Yes, the error message would actually be a bit different (Logitech Media Server: model XXX not supported. ) in case the type would not be supported, my bad. I guess the error seen by EdwinK is coming from here: https://github.com/domoticz/domoticz/blob/b11aff2a59bd80c9e41cca7e97816a96de618116/main/E...

Re: LG TV WebOs 3.0

I found for a other home automation a script where you can send notifications to the LG tv. A very cool thing. But I have no idea how to include that in domoticz or the LG tv script. Maybe some one other have the know how to include that. I would spend some money onver PayPal. https://www.home-assi...

Re: Xiaomi Smart Home Suite (very cheap) compatibilty?

...it will take up to 5 or 10 seconds, before the switch is turning to state "on" in Domoticz. If this is just about seeing the switch update in the web UI then it is expected as the UI updates every 10 seconds. However, if you use the switch as a trigger for the event system, the reaction should b...

A bit late to the party as I a moved over to Home Assistant. Just did a full update and it is still working for me so am I missing something? :? Please note I am not using their official API as they do not support the temperature / CO2 part. (Basically the main reason for building this script) Inde...

Re: Log (graph) empty for percentage/power/custom sensors?

Well, this is indeed strange. After a day it all seems to work again. To my knowledge I did not even clear the cache again in between the last unsuccessful tests and now. Perhaps the fault was between the chair and the keyboard...

Re: Log (graph) empty for percentage/power/custom sensors?

There was a bug similar to this, please upgrade Thanks for the reply. I went ahead and updated to latest beta, cleared cache and went to see my sensors. Low and behold - I could see the graphs for a percentage sensor that yesterday showed nothing. But then I checked the next and it was empty again....

Re: Pilot: Home Automation Control (iOS app)

Hi,

some strange issue when trying to enable SSL. Should Pilot support the default (.domoticz.com) certificate? I've confirmed it works via browser (just need to accept the security warning) but Pilot tells it cannot find the server when I set it up.
