Re: Weather underground

I think the error is: json.lua should be JSON.lua. At my system the name of the library is in capitals.

Try domoticz.openURL(url).

Re: Beta 3.8288

I had an alike problem in a previous beta, it appeared that in the custom style I used (ThinkTheme) the first line with

Code: Select all

@import url("/css/legacy.css"); /* Don't remove this line! */
was gone. Putting it back solved my problem. Why the line was gone is unclear to me.

Re: Neo Coolcam Door sensor not working

I have 4 Neo Coolcam doorsensors working without a problem. Got a defective one once too, but got it replaced. Try to complain at the supplier.

Re: How to handle duplicate events

The timestamp I get using an historical persistent variable is 2 hours earlier then my local (Netherlands) time (UTC time?) and thus not easy to compare with UI. That's the main reason I have my 'own' way. Correct me if I'm wrong on UTC time though.

Re: How to handle duplicate events

I experimented a bit to see how I could save a timestamp and tried the following: local testData = { ['value'] = 0, ['lastupdate'] = 0 } return { active = true, on = { devices = { 'Testlamp1' } }, data = { devstate = { initial = {} } }, logging = { level = domoticz.LOG_INFO }, execute = function(dom...

Log level must be set to ' Errors + minimal execution info + general info' in order to see the log messages.

Code: Select all

There is a closing parenthesis too much just after ['Natta'].

Re: [MyDomoAtHome] Support thread

Your node version is too high (incompatible), uninstall and use

Code: Select all

curl -sL https://deb.nodesource.com/setup_7.x | sudo -E bash -
sudo apt install nodejs
Resulting node version should be v7.x.x, npm version should be v4.2.x.

What you could try is disable all your hardware and then enable dzVents and see what happens (just to rule out possible causes).

Re: dzVents 2.0 just got integrated into Domoticz (beta v3.8023)

I can confirm that: upgrading from 3.8015 to 3.8027 made my CPU usage (RPI3) go up from average 2% to average 5%. So still low and maybe this is the new normal. Am I right that people who use dzVents have NO problem whilst others may have. Just a hunch: do people with problems have 127.0.0.1 in thei...

Maybe it's specific hardware(interface). It might help when people having problems list their hardware so we can compare.

No high CPU here, CPU is around 5%. Busy migrating from dzVents 1.02 to 2.0, no problems so far.

Got it running too (thanks @gizmocuz, @dannybloe), just noticed that Log Level setting doesn't represent the chosen value (after Apply Settings).

Re: Cheap chinese z-wave products

Found this device when adding my flood sensor. When I add it, it doesn't show up anywhere within domoticz. Really strange, somebody here knows? Sorry for the size and quality. https://s1.postimg.org/71dju83b3/Capture.jpg You're not alone ;). I'm seeing the same on my Neo Coolcam door sensors and mo...
