Re: Step by step guide: Visonic Powermax Pro integration

@BornToKill

Well done. Wouldn't have found the solution myself. Strange that it is related to a new firmware version.

This is temp solution, but Pmaxd should be able to run also on kernel 4.9

Have you, or anyone else already compiled Pmaxd on kernel 4.9? Does that make a difference?

Re: Step by step guide: Visonic Powermax Pro integration

Thanks guys

After an uptime of 6 months, I thought, maybe a good idea to update the pi to the latest version. Not....

Kernel 4.9 kills the pmaxd!!

So did; rpi-update 52241088c1da59a359110d39c1875cda56496764

And it's up and running again. Cool

Re: OpenZWave Control Panel not display devices

Pfffw, I'm not the only one

Also running 3.8699 and the OZW control panel remains empty. Was also the case a few versions back. Not sure on which version is still worked, as I don't use the CP that often.

All zwave devices work as expected

Re: Any solution like RFXtrx868?

Hi Bert,

Just wondering what is holding back the production version of the RFXtrx868. I'm happy user of the beta version, its rock stable.

Is it certification?

Re: Orcon Mechanical Ventilator MVS15 - 868 MHz

Thanks for the Python code. Will give it a try.

I also prefer to do this via rf 868, but as mentioned by Stuntteam this can take a long time.

Re: Orcon Mechanical Ventilator MVS15 - 868 MHz

@pvangorp I have the same Orcon at home, and I have made some progress to make an hardwired connection. So far I did the following; 1. Purchased: additional remote control, flexible flat cable plus PCB, PiFace 2 2. Programmed a couple of thinks in Python, and I control the Orcon via the command line...

Re: Step by step guide: Sonos integration

The reason that it errors out is that your stream or mp3 does not contain any meta data.

About the selector switch, the first value should be changed into your idx of the sonos switch

Re: Step by step guide: Sonos integration

So the http api is running fine. You are running a recent version of the http api. Just to be sure, I made a few changes to the lua code, can you try the most recent version, see below. json = (loadfile "/home/pi/domoticz/scripts/lua/JSON.lua")() local sonos=assert(io.popen('curl http://ip:5005/eetk...

Re: Step by step guide: Sonos integration

Just use the ip address of your sonos player. If you have grouped sonos players, use the ip address of the zone coordinator.

Best to start a VPN session, e.g OpenVPN, and then you can do anything you want on your network. Works perfect in my case.

Re: 868Mhz Modules

@Templar, See below a number of screenshots. There are quite a number of differences, most relevant is the 868MHz RF chip, in the Orcon remote control that's the CC1101 and in the Itho CC1150. Also the CPU is different, same brand, but different series. Could it be the case, that the difference are ...

Re: Python plugins not working anymore with latest beta Version: 3.6707

Reinstalling python3-dev did the trick

Strange, before 3.6707 (or maybe 1 version earlier) Python and the plugins were running smoothly. And yes, had python3-dev already installed.
Could also be related that I did a; apt-get install update+upgrade.

Re: 868Mhz Modules

@Bighouse

Not yet. Waiting for a new version (R46) of RFLink, hoping that there is additional support for 868MHz.

Also need an answer to this question; The Aurel 868 MHz FSK Tranceiver module or the 868 MHz OOK Tranceiver module?

@Trigun, I use the following lua to check a couple of things related to the Sonos group in the livingroom(woonkamer), e.g the status, but also set Sonos to pauze when tv is switched on etc. json = (loadfile "/home/pi/domoticz/scripts/lua/JSON.lua")() local sonos=assert(io.popen('curl http://ip:5005/...

@Trigun;

Have you installed PM2? It's not part of the Domoticz sd image, or Jessie Light

See http://pm2.keymetrics.io/docs/usage/quick-start/
