Re: Step by step guide: Sonos integration

So the http api is running fine. You are running a recent version of the http api. Just to be sure, I made a few changes to the lua code, can you try the most recent version, see below. json = (loadfile "/home/pi/domoticz/scripts/lua/JSON.lua")() local sonos=assert(io.popen('curl http://ip...

Re: Step by step guide: Sonos integration

Just use the ip address of your sonos player. If you have grouped sonos players, use the ip address of the zone coordinator.

Re: Remote SSH my RPI (non local)

Best to start a VPN session, e.g OpenVPN, and then you can do anything you want on your network. Works perfect in my case.

Re: 868Mhz Modules

@Templar, See below a number of screenshots. There are quite a number of differences, most relevant is the 868MHz RF chip, in the Orcon remote control that's the CC1101 and in the Itho CC1150. Also the CPU is different, same brand, but different series. Could it be the case, that the difference are ...

Re: Python plugins not working anymore with latest beta Version: 3.6707

Reinstalling python3-dev did the trick

Strange, before 3.6707 (or maybe 1 version earlier) Python and the plugins were running smoothly. And yes, had python3-dev already installed.
Could also be related that I did a; apt-get install update+upgrade.

Re: 868Mhz Modules

@Bighouse

Not yet. Waiting for a new version (R46) of RFLink, hoping that there is additional support for 868MHz.

Also need an answer to this question; The Aurel 868 MHz FSK Tranceiver module or the 868 MHz OOK Tranceiver module?

Re: Step by step guide: Sonos integration

@Trigun, I use the following lua to check a couple of things related to the Sonos group in the livingroom(woonkamer), e.g the status, but also set Sonos to pauze when tv is switched on etc. json = (loadfile "/home/pi/domoticz/scripts/lua/JSON.lua")() local sonos=assert(io.popen('curl http:...

Re: Step by step guide: Sonos integration

@Trigun;

Have you installed PM2? It's not part of the Domoticz sd image, or Jessie Light

See http://pm2.keymetrics.io/docs/usage/quick-start/

Re: Step by step guide: Sonos integration

@Trigun

You need to jump into the sonos-http-api directory; then you can issue: pm2 start server.js

Re: Step by step guide: switch on and off tv via cec

@giova

You don't need a bash script to check if a system is switched on.

Add via hardware in Domoticz: System Alive Checker

Hopefully this helps to take you to the next step

Re: 868Mhz Modules

A question on 868 hardware; FSK or OOK Trying to set up communication between an Orcon home ventilationsystem (MVS15). Frequentie 868,3 MHz and on the PCB of the Orcon there is a CC1101 chip visible. Just wondering, which Aurel 868 MHz module is the preferred for the above system; The Aurel 868 MHz ...

Re: Domoboard a New Dashboard using Domoticz as backend

@Jake Just run Domoboard within PM2, then Domoboard runs on the background even without a SSH console jump to the Domoboard directory, and issue; pm2 start python server.py -- -c settings.conf Where settings.conf is the same file as example.conf, but with a different name To make sure that the above...

Beta update failed Topic is solved

Since a few days I can't run the beta update function any more. See below, any idea what I can do to resolve this. Domoticz beta version 3.6132 (installed on Pi version 3) is running just fine. Re: Step by step guide: Sonos integration

@naitsirhc After you got the service running, check with pm2 list, do the following; pm2 startup This will likely generate the following command; sudo su -c "env PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/bin pm2 startup linux -u pi --hp /home/pi" Execute the command that was generated via pm2 startup Then, ex...

Does it work with any Samsung model?

If your samsung supports Anynet+(HDMI-CEC) then its likely it will work. Make sure that you enable it in the setup menu of your tv.

Anynet+ is Samsung's implementation of CEC

Re: Virtual selector switch gives a false error Topic is solved

Issue is solved.

In the most recent version https://github.com/jishi/node-sonos-http-api will give a response when a command is successful received and executed.
