Re: machinon theme

I have uploaded a few files to zeplin, still working with the white theme mostly. I want to make sure all is perfect before focusing on the dark version. The settings page looks nice, but still sometimes takes me a a few seconds to figure out where I am. Would a screen like this help? Screen Shot 2...

Master Slave sync does not work with Python created devices

Hi,

For a remote server with devices created from a python plugin, devices are note synced to the master. Other devices, e.g motherboard sensors sync just fine.

Searching on the forum, I came across this issue several times.

Is there a solution for this issue, or any progress to solve it.

Re: Step by step guide: Sonos integration

yes that did the trick! its working now in Domoticz. Do you also how to run the api continuously, now, when I close the terminal de pipe is broken. Is there an option within synology which I can use? The solution is PM2, but I have it running on a RPi. See also the first post in this threat. Don't ...

Re: Step by step guide: Sonos integration

Almost out of idea's. Apparently the link between the button and the device is gone.

I would delete the selector switch and the dummy.

Then recreate a dummy for each Sonos group/or device. Recreate the selector switch for each Sonos group/or device

Hello,

Yes it is a known issue: https://github.com/EdddieN/machinon-dom ... /issues/31

If you can add those screens to the issue above on github it would be great.

Thanks for the feedback! :)
Will do!

Re: Step by step guide: Sonos integration

The following url should be changed ;

http://192.168.86.136:5005/woonkamer/pauze

to

http://192.168.86.136:5005/woonkamer/pause

What is the version of Domoticz you are running. Because, some time ago there were some issues with the selector switch. But that has been resolved.

Re: machinon theme

To everyone that is working on this project, fantastic job, I really like the theme. Just a cosmetic issue I would like to bring forward. Dashboard and other tabs resize when the refresh button is pressed. This is browser independent. A picture makes it clear. As can be seen below, a refresh results...

Re: machinon theme - (work in progress)

@Hobbybob

I had the same problem with Firefox, but this is now resolved.

1. You are running an older version of Machinon. So do a; git pull
2. Empty your cache multiple times, until the cache of the domoticz site is close to 0 kb.

Re: Python plugin: Bluetooth Beacon Presence Detection

@Grinders.

Had no choice, than to delete the whole thing, as almost every plugin ran unstable, e.g the standard examples, like Ping and UDP. So I don't know what the problem was, but at least its running stable now.

I have not installed the Xiaomi gateway

Re: Python plugin: Bluetooth Beacon Presence Detection

Update. I'm a few steps further on, as the crash problem has been resolved for now. I removed the whole domoticz directory, and reinstalled the stable version (4.9700) of domoticz. Version: 4.9700 Build Hash: a3a45906 Compile Date: 2018-06-23 16:24:51 dzVents Version: 2.4.6 Python Version: 3.4.4 (de...

Re: Python plugin: Bluetooth Beacon Presence Detection

Assuming you have BlueZ 5.43 installed, please try to compile BlueZ 5.50. I have it running, and my scanner is working fine. But that is only the scanner part, my plugin still crashes, the moment it receives the first scanner packages. I'm still working on that to get it resolved. 2018-09-05 21:24:4...

Re: Python plugin: Bluetooth Beacon Presence Detection

@Ascari

Check your log when Domoticz starts. Likely you will see an error that the libpython3.x library is not installed.

Check the following threat; http://www.domoticz.com/forum/viewtopic ... 2&start=20

Install per;

Code: Select all

sudo apt-get install libpython3.5-dev

Re: Python plugin: Bluetooth Beacon Presence Detection

@Grinders Thanks for the link. I tested it with multiple setups on different raspberry machines, but the moment the ble scanner starts and sends the first packet to the raspberry with the plugin running, domoticz crashes. A question, is it possible to change anything within the plugin, or does it cr...

Re: Cloud cover from darksky

It's a tough one...

Actually I kept all variable names the same, simular to the devices.

Could there be a problem with the device type used? I don't know if that's critical
