Re: Python Plugin: Smart Virtual Thermostat

I have one concern regarding SVT. When i update thermostat target, so it is higher than current temperature, the SVT correctly turns on the heater. However i set calculation cycle to 80 and i noticed that heater is on 40 minutes, and there is 40 minute pause event if the temperature is far from tar...

Re: Python Plugin: Smart Virtual Thermostat

I'd say when room temperature is below setpoint, increase valve setpoint to 28 degrees, the other way around: lower it to 17 degrees.
In other words, when the boiler switch is on, TRV setpoint to 28, otherwise to 17 degrees.

Re: Virtual Solar Battery: simulate the presence of a battery for storing harvested solar energy

With a little dzVent script, all 6 meter values of the P1 Smart Meter are showed on different devices and the Virtual Solar Baterry as well. https://i.imgur.com/WPHj86Rl.png Here is the dzVents script how the values are parsed from the P1 Smart Meter device. In due time I will combine this script w...

Re: Python Plugin: Smart Virtual Thermostat

You can add the SVT hardware multiple times. Only the thermal characteristics will be shared and that is not optimal, since every room can have it's own thermal characteristics. Quoting myself: an idea: what about giving the uservariable with the settings the same name as chosen when the hardware w...

Re: Lightbulb, motiondetector reset turn off-timer on every movement

I made a 2nd virtual switch that is kept alive by a lua script for 30 minutes, every time the pir is de-activated.

I did this because the pir stays active when it detects motion again within the period that it was already active.
If you are interested, I can share the script.

Re: RPI only reboots after unplugging the network cable

Described symptoms occurred both with a RPI 1B as with a RPI 3 ... What OS do you use ? What additional packages and drivers ? Which hardware is connected ? Do you experience the same when using sudo reboot -f ? So many questions and so few answers... :D Sorry, sorry, sorry you're absolutely right!...

RPI only reboots after unplugging the network cable

Sorry for bringing this generic question up, but I hope to have some credit for help on this one: Desrcibed symptoms occurred both with a RPI 1B as with a RPI 3 When I want to reboot (sudo reboot now), the SSH service is killed, http service with Domoticz killed, but then the device hangs. I can sti...

Re: Dashticz - Custom CSS

I'm not exactly sure what you try to achieve, but did you try with ' content-box' instead of 'padding-box'? Well, every block on the panel hat it's own background, to make it stand out from the desktop behind it. Anyway, from the wiki I took this custom.css example to color the background different...

Re: Python Plugin: Smart Virtual Thermostat

When i simply read your log, it can find a (properly defined) inside temperature sensor. Without that sensor the whole thermostat idea is useless of course. Please check the idx value in the hardware page I tell you my installation, I have two pi zero w, one pi zero for the temperature probe instal...

Re: [RELEASED] Python plugin to control Onkyo receivers

@jorgh, is there still a benefit for using this plugin versus the built in hardware within domoticz?
I use the NR535 receive.

I have the same problem with version 4.10064 BETA I can not update the program for several weeks. https://ic.pics.livejournal.com/tipaa_etaa/8881191/2456965/2456965_original.png As mentioned here before, simply modify the hosts file (that translates a site name already for you in an IP-address) and...

Re: Dashticz - Custom CSS

In custom.css I have pasted/modified the code: .gasgebruik { background: rgba(255,128,128,0.3) !important; background-clip: padding-box; } This changes the background color of my gasmeter when there is usage (defined in custom.js). This works as expected, however, when the box gets the red backgrou...

Re: IMPORTANT REQUEST!!!

@Stuffer, earlier in this thread it was mentioned to run the file phpinfo.php in your browser (you should find/create this file in the root of your apache server folder (/www/html most likely))

Curl, when properly installed, should have it's own section on the page that now opens.
