Re: Zigbee2MQTT

Morning Ben, just installed your Admin Panel and I've hit issues. I get a continuous node: e3c890e4.398e2 function : (error) "TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined" in the debug panel The url page displays but is blank in that it doesn't carry any information, only the sections (Devi...

Re: Zigbee2MQTT

Cheers! The flow above for the cube includes the following, slide = 10 rotate_left = 20 rotate_right = 30 flip90 = 40 flip180 = 50 shake = 60 fall = 70 tap = 80 wakeup = 90 I'm now setting up the code in lua to get the cube to actually do stuff, not convinced wakeup is of any real use as it only hap...

Re: Zigbee2MQTT

Hi guys, my hardware has arrived to day (at last!) Tried to set up a Xiaomi button switch using the earlier example and hit some issues, only some actions arrived at the Domoticz switch. Long story short, I've received a Xiaomi Button Model: WXKG 11 LM rather than a WXKG 01 LM This button is feature...

Re: Zigbee2MQTT

Thanks Ben,
I'll try and group similar types together as you suggest.
I've also found that the comment item can hold enough to enable me to add enough to give me an idea of what flow does what.

Re: Zigbee2MQTT

You have to filter the output, Yup, I only did it to see the format of the messages <just geeking> :) node-red flow structure question, is it better to have; 1, multiple flows dedicated one per idx / zigbee name plus processes or 2, one input and have multiple filters and associated processes I'm g...

Re: Zigbee2MQTT

Nice diverse selection you have there!

I've just been playing with node-red and connected a debug directly to domoticz/out
Interesting data flow!

Re: Zigbee2MQTT

@ben53252642 thanks for the response. This is just a thought process at the moment until my kit arrives. I am not yet that comfortable with the whole zigbee/node-red/Domoticz wrap yet, I'll need some hardware to understand if I will actually need the 'ack' response. Depends on the situation I guess,...

Re: Zigbee2MQTT

Morning guys, I've ordered my kit and currently awaiting delivery so in the meantime I've been setting up node-red and having a play at the command line to get my head around it in preparation for kit arrival. Looking at the node-red flows that people have posted they all seem to be one way, either i...

Re: Python plugin: ELV/EQ-3 MAX!

I have now connected my Cube to a wall outlet switch which I control from Domoticz. I created a timer to turn the Cube quickly off and on once per week, haven't had the problem anymore since then. I don't see a lot of discussion about this issue, so I figured that most people never experience this....

Re: Sending two commands to the same device

Glad you have sorted it.
Yeah, I should have looked closer, I saw the commandArray[c]= and immediately went off on the wrong tangent.
Sorry, but glad you are sorted.

commandArray[2] = "light"

Re: Virtual meter that is the sum of two other meters

Hi, The 1 and 2 refer to the commandArray[x] values. If you only update one value when running the script then this value can be 1. If you chose to update 2 or more values then they all need their own commandArray[x] value. Otherwise only the last commandArray value will be updated. Your script look...

Re: Virtual meter that is the sum of two other meters

Hi, I've also done something similar. I've a number of power clamps monitoring power into my main consumer unit, outside consumer unit plus I have a feed from my SunnyBoy solar. I use these to indicate via a dummy power devices the instantaneous usage (Kw) and historical (Kwh). The devices indicate ...

Re: Change colour of an icon dynamically

I use the following code for changing the background of a opened door block, it gives the block a certain div class depending on the value. Then in the CSS you can define the div class styles. Maybe with a bit of playing around you can get it to work for your case? Got the info from the Wiki Hi, th...

Change colour of an icon dynamically

Guys, I'm moving on with my screens but I want to change the colour of an icon in a block depending on conditions (e.g. temperature) I'm not expert in js / css but I'll have a go :) If I have an icon, say fa-bolt I can permanently change the colour using css and defining .fa-bolt {color:rgba(10,20,3...

Re: Dashticz - General Discussions

You might need to specify the icons for the blocks with an underscore, for example: blocks['35_1'] = {'icon': 'fa-sun-o'}; The power devices usually have multiple blocks per idx and I think the icon is only checked per sub-block. Bang on the money - thanks. I'd tried blocks[35_1] = {'icon': 'fa-sun...

Re: Dashticz - General Discussions

** SOLVED ** morning guys, I've just started on my Dashticz odyssey and I'm doing OK after a few false starts. I've hit an issue that has me stumped at the moment relating to dummy devices. I want to do my 'notifications' by manipulating the icon rather than changing the background or similar. Using...
