Re: Message "...OpenZWave not fully initialized yet!" - what does it mean?

To be complete, I'm on computer now ;) My options.xml: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <!-- To be effective, this file should be placed in the user data folder specified in the Options::Create method --> <Options xmlns='http://code.google.com/p/open-zwave/'> <Option name="logging" value="true...

Re: Message "...OpenZWave not fully initialized yet!" - what does it mean?

Probably yes. Don't forget to restart domoticz after the change.
And you'll need to add it after each update.
I have a copy of the options.xml file and a cp command in the start script ;)

Re: Message "...OpenZWave not fully initialized yet!" - what does it mean?

Is you add this to your options.xml file it'll go a lot faster:

Code: Select all

<Option name="AssumeAwake" value="false" />
Problem is that without that line also battery powered (thus sleeping nodes) are queried. Because they sleep they don't respond.

Re: AndroidTV api

Sounds great, will try that later ;)

Guess that would be something like this then:

Code: Select all

adb start -n com.package.name/com.package.Netflix.ActivityName
Edit, no should be more like

Code: Select all

adb shell "start -n com.package.name/com.package.name.ActivityName"
but I'm getting "start: must be root"

The wall switch is connected with wires to the fibaro? Or with a script?

Re: AndroidTV api

Thank you for that! First step: Enable ADB in Nvidia Shield (source: https://sites.google.com/site/nvidiashieldtvutilityapp/home/enable-debugging) Enable debugging 1. Goto Settings 2. Go across to About in Device 3. Go down to Build and click on it 10times until it says you are in development mode A...

Re: AndroidTV api

That's something for controlling devices over HDMI CEC.
I'd rather have a http api, like the json api from Domoticz.
I think the CEC way is mostly arrow up, down etc. Not directly possible the launch apps and stuff like that.

AndroidTV api

Hi All, I just installed a Nvidia Shield as Mediaplayer. It'll run Netflix, Spotify, Kodi,... Does anyone know if there's an api available to control Android TV from within domoticz? When Kodi is started I can do everything I want, but I first need to start Kodi of course. Would be great to be able ...

Re: Zwave sensors not working after recovery

If you don't have the xml file it should be builded from scratch (but with default device options).
You can try my script linked in the previous reply and maybe uncomment the refresh node information line (line 13).
Thanks @commentator to pointing me to that script, I was totally forgotten about it ;)

Re: Behave different on between x and x time

I also don't think you need to send the ON signal, the level should be enough (at least when using the json api).

Re: back-up domoticz.db to a mysq db

I would keep the data in the month table. In my test it was less than 16KB for 1 month and 7 thermometers. That won't fill your nas ;)

Re: back-up domoticz.db to a mysq db

You can change the domoticz url to http://user:pass@ip:port etc to add authentication.
Add the curl command to the Syno scheduler and your database will be always up to date.

Re: back-up domoticz.db to a mysq db

Did you set the domoticz ip, port and idx's?
Or do you have authentication enabled in domoticz? If so, the url must be changed, or you must add the ip address to the exclusion list.

Re: back-up domoticz.db to a mysq db

I think you can set options in the webstation app.
Your php file should be in the webroot and open the file with the curl command.

Re: back-up domoticz.db to a mysq db

Yes, indeed forgot the php shebang, also updated the word 'aantal' to 'count' in the script. If you have mysqli access in php-cli the place of the file doesn't mather, you can execute it with: php /path/to/temps2sql.php If you don't have mysqli access in php-cli you have to run it thru a webserver. ...
