Re: Fibaro FGBS001 and rain gauge

Home automation ain't cheap, and you want good hardware. Of course, on 433Mhz you can do A LOT more (like switches, temp,..) I see you can buy one for 72,60 (http://www.rfxcom.com/epages/78165469.sf/nl_NL/?ObjectPath=/Shops/78165469/Categories/Transceivers) So for 80 bugs you have a solid rain gauge...

Re: Fibaro FGBS001 and rain gauge

You can also invest in a 433Mhz rain sensor

Alecto WS-1200

And then use a RFXTRX433 or RTL-SDR 433Mhz receiver

Re: Fibaro FGBS001 temperature sensors disappeared

No, from what i read in the manual, when you have attached a temp sensor to the switch, you need to exclude it, and include it in again, and the temp sensor should be found

Re: Winddelen error connecting

I think i implemented the new api/calling method in the latest beta.
Don't forget to enable 'accept new devices' in the settings as you get some other sensors as well now

Re: Fibaro FGBS001 temperature sensors disappeared

is there a way you can verify that the temp sensors actually still work ? Maybe there are burned ? You could enable the ozw logging and disable/enable the ozw hardware, then look into the log if you see temp values changing (then disable the log asap as it will consume a lot of data), en disable/ena...

Re: Winddelen error connecting

Probably the API has changed. Using the python plugin might work, but gives you a bunch of new sensors, not so good for your old logs
So the best is that someone looks at the current c++ implementation, adopt the new API, and also add the new additional fields

Re: Seismic devices

Nope sorry, just checked again, and i get no Seismic value at all, also not at startup
Could you tell me from the openzwave node list, what ID/Type you have ?
Mine is 0x1001, 0x0800, i have included this on a non-zwave+ stick

Re: Can't get my Z-wave stick to work

When reporting issues here, we have to follow the forum rules.
One of them is to report the Domoticz version number you are using...
If you are using 9758, it might be related to https://github.com/domoticz/domoticz/issues/2556

Re: Seismic devices

@Eddy, was this during startup or where the nodes already queried ?
Did you pick up the node, and give it a shake ?
If after nodes queried and shaking, i should be able to replicate this, tried it before, but no Seismic changes where reported

@Damsee, can you post a screenshot of the devices view where in the search box you have entered WP- (if your light/switch has those in the names), else i would like to see the switches there
Also a screenshot of the zwave->groups/networks view for those switches

You can specify a data timeout to 30 minutes for example, maybe that solves the problem ?

Re: Seismic devices

Then it seems you (and i) don't get any updates on this sensor. Can you try to enable debug on the zwave controller (not to long as this file can be very big) (Setup on OZW hardware) When all nodes have been queried, try to simulate an alarm. In the 'Config' folder you should find the log file, can ...
