Re: Pass2PHP

You can run the floorplan completely besides the domoticz ui. Once you get the hang of it you’ll never use the domoticz ui again. Except for adding devices... Sometimes I need to use the domoticz ui when I just added a switch, but what a pain it is to find a switch when you have +100 of them :shock...

Re: Pass2PHP

You also have a soundtouch? I'm updating Github now ;) There are some new functions for it: ..... And there are also some changes in pass2php files to automate some stuff for it. Like start playing a random preset when entering the living room and choose a volume depending on how early I'm awake :D...

Re: Pass2PHP

I would indeed put it in cron120 or cron300 at the end of the file so it doesn't slow down the rest. Or put it in a separate script and call that at the end of cron. Tnx for the tip at the end of Cron300.php - Cron line calls function OmnikInverterUpdate() within pass2php library to update the omni...

Re: Pass2PHP

@Egregius: I created a new php class (my first one indeed) to read Omink Inverters from friends via the Omnik Web Portal. (so no direct access to their Inverters). It log in to the portal, grabs a token, retrieves the data from the portal and returns the data. function OmnikInverterUpdate() { includ...

Re: Voltage monitor with ESP8266

So I guess what you do is disable "enabled" on the device, then create a loop with timers so that it reads the data compares with last then sends via rules. I took a quick look at rules, but I did not see where they detailed how to send the data to domoticzs..... If you have a link to an example th...

Re: Voltage monitor with ESP8266

Just let me know if you need help :)

I know it works.

Next to data validation I now only send data if the data itself was changed since the last reading. And use timers as well. To look at the data every X seconds.

Re: Voltage monitor with ESP8266

Nice one

A solution to your problem would be to store the values first in a dummy esp device. (not sending them to domoticz directly) Using rules to see if it has a 'valid' number and then post to domoticz. :D

Re: ESP Easy and POW R2

If you just create a virtual sensor Electric (Instant+Counter). Open the sensor and select 'computed'. https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/Domoticz_API/JSON_URL's#Electricity_.28instant_and_counter.29 it can help to monitor the kwh. I've been looking into Tasmota as well. Pretty nice. I'll backup my configuration for now and try Tasmota, But maybe not I'm not using MQTT.. Nor MQTT Client.. Re: ESP Easy and POW R2

Yes but also did you handle the fact that the total pulses will jump to 0 when they reach 65xxx? So you must create a virtual Previous + New. Yes I did, that was the tricky part right ?? Store the value of the pulses in new variable and then the magic starts. It was described a few posts back on ho...

Re: ESP Easy and POW R2

@Prutsium: Guess you were looking for the KwH right? Or different value? As you mentioned the pulses. I'll be sending the data every 30 sec of 1 minute we can do something with that or count the amount of pulses indeed over a time period and look at the difference. Re: ESP Easy and POW R2

Indeed it is working. POW R2. Fun part is that the manual is totally wrong regarding the connections.... Its L GG L N N in my case looking at it from the front. Luckily it was mentioned on the PCB as well. Now I will extract the data using rules and store them in several devices in Domoticz. ...

Re: Pass2PHP

Hi all, I use the latest beta of domoticz 4. Consider to use pass2php but don't know if this will still make difference in speed. Can someone tell me? Verzonden vanaf mijn iPhone met Tapatalk Pro I believe by default script/event handling is still the same in Domoticz 4. So speed updates and more c...
