Re: PHP query into domoticz.db not working

Egregius wrote:I never stop domoticz when I use Adminer (php based SQL explorer) or if I wan't to clean the database.
Could be that I ran a query once to put the database in a multi user mode, can't remember.
Tnx for the tip. Did not know that.

Re: keeping Raspberry PI up-to-date

Even Jessie is already old... Now it's Stretch. Either you update from Wheezy to Jessie and then to Stretch using apt-get update && apt-get upgrade && apt-get dist-upgrade Or you do a clean install of Jessie and restore your Domoticz backup. Pieuw.. Fingers crossed.. Jessie to Stretch it will have ...

Re: Ginlong, Omnik Solar, Solarman and Trannergy Inverters

Oh maybe it's handy to know that i'm running domoticz v3.8153 from Jadalh on a synology DS1515+. Same issue here with 3 Omnik inverters. Same domoticz version on my raspberry. (don't think that is the problem) I will have to look into it as well. Not home at the moment. Iogged in to omnik portal to...

Re: Cheap chinese z-wave products

Anyone having the NEO coolcam powerplugs connected to their refrigerator or freezer to monitor energy usage ? Some answers within this thread seem to go for a no-go. And others for a no go at all for the NEO powerplugs. Currently I have several attached to low power using appliances max 500w. The Qu...

Re: Back-up historical sensor data and start with fresh install

Ha only 500. [emoji2] I had the same. Idea with 2000 idx due to testing. Just removed all unnecessary hardware/devices and system is still rock solid and fast. Maybe not the answer you were looking for but keep in mind all hope is not lost with 500+ idx.

Re: Otgw doesn't work anymore

to see if it still works with domoticz try to install otmonitor on your rpi3. check if the otgw is working fine. After a yes, enable relay and point domoticz to the relay server. If you start to receive correct data you know OTGW is still working fine and we need to look for a different solution. it...

Re: Xiaomi Smart Home Suite (very cheap) compatibilty?

Haha, well let me answer my own donut question. For some reason the Static IP did not work. I found out via the Xiaomi APP that the gateway jumped to a different IP address.. After changing that in Domoticz all worked fine again. Question remains... why didn't domoticz notice ;-) and why do all sens...

Mmm call be a donut. The following happened. Someone took out the Gateway from the power socket. After re-attaching it to the powersupply All sensors start working (motion / door). However I am unable to control the LED on the gateway itself (Xiaomi RGB) and Xiaomi Gateway Alarm Ringtone / MP3 / Doo...

Your gateway password still okay?
Don't exactly know what key the gateway is talking about but could be the generated access token.

Re: Xiaomi Smart Home Suite (very cheap) compatibilty?

With pass2php: if(timestamp('motion')<time-1800&&status('motion')=='Off'&&status('purifier')=='On')sw('purifier','Off'); Can it be more simple? Let's see how much code you'll need in lua to do the same... It seems we can find Pass2php pretty much everywhere :D (for a good reason) around the Domotic...

Re: Fibaro wall plugs suddenly went haywire

Wow, that is annoying. This happened to me yesterday. The Hardware device Zwave (Version: 1.4-2501-g5af6780-dirty) lost all sensors... (none were mentioned in the interface). I disabled the ZWAVE in the hardware area of domoticz. (apply) Re-enabled it (apply) The Zwave was back but word "setup" was ...

Re: Fibaro wall plugs suddenly went haywire

All of a sudden several of the nodes get the 255 node added which causes all of them to function simultaneously... really annoying. It's easily repairable but I would really like a permanent fix since this causes my curtains to open at night when I take a trip to the bathroom :( Do you mean the 255...
