Download mesh network map data?

Hi Folks, Is there any way to download the raw data behind the domoticz z-wave network map? I'm finding that the map isn't easy to read with my ~60 nodes - e.g. lines faded vs lines bright when I hover over a node isn't very clear and I have nodes whose arcs appear to end without reaching any other ...

Re: [MyDomoAtHome] Support thread

Is there any way to control how much MDAH logs? Mine wasn't logging much at all, which was fine, but since I added some dummy selector switches to domoticz, MDAH is filling syslog with a load of info about them every 5 seconds! I was concerned that this might mean that it's having a problem with the...

Re: Sometimes more lights switch on (Zwave & Qubino)

I've observed the same problem - and came up with pretty much the same solution before I found your post (wish I'd found it sooner!). It appears that the default is for the controller to be included in the following groups on the Qubino ZMNHADx: - Lifeline - basic_set for Q If I then add the control...

Motherboard sensors - disk usage strange

I've just added motherboard sensors to my system and while the CPU and memory usage are plausible, the disk usage for filesystem / isn't. 'df -h' shows / as 25% used. It's a ext4 filesystem. The HDD 'sensor' in Domoticz is showing it as 0.89%. Is there any reason it would get the wrong answer? The o...

Re: [MyDomoAtHome] Support thread

Hi folks, I have MDAH working well with domoticz and Imperihome, but I'm seeing quite high CPU usage from the 'node' process and as I have intermittent delays in devices responding to commands from domoticz, I'm concerned that node's CPU use might be part of the cause. Node is varying between low CP...

Re: Can't get Secure SCS317 working with Aeotec Z-Stick Gen5

Thought it was worth trying to force the device detection by editing the zwcfg...xml, so I put in the device info (mfr 59, device 0004:0001) and restarted domoticz. Success! :-) After a fashion and a bit of sending NIFs, the offender now shows up as a Horstmann SCSC-17 and I have a setpoint, a curre...

Re: Can't get Secure SCS317 working with Aeotec Z-Stick Gen5

Yes, it does. It's aka the Horstmann SCSC-17, which is supported and is what OZWCP detected it as via the older z-stick.

Re: Can't get Secure SCS317 working with Aeotec Z-Stick Gen5

Update... looking at the zwcfg xml file, after my latest efforts there are now some command classes for a thermostat under that device but it still has 0 in the mfr id and device type fields. Slightly randomly, just one switch device has come through into the domoticz UI from it. Very odd.

Can't get Secure SCS317 working with Aeotec Z-Stick Gen5

Hi All, I'm having real problems with getting my Secure SCS317 (aka Horstmann SCSC7) thermostat into the z-wave network properly. It's a real pain to include, works about one time in five and has to be done with the z-stick off the PC, has never succeeded via domoticz or ozwcp. Once it is included, ...

Let me guess: You have coded this in the internal editor and haven't made it a "Device" script?
Check the dropdown for All and change that to Devices. ;)

Jos
Ah! Can I remove the "if devicechanged == nil" check now, then?

Why not try dzvents?
Another language to learn (I get the basics of LUA having used Vera for a few years before seeing the light) and it looks more complex. Is it likely not to have the issues with empty device arrays etc?

Re: Why would LUA be really slow?

Oh, update... I left the log scrolling in real time while I was configuring some other devices and I just spotted the same error coming up repeatedly - the event is definitely being triggered by the power meter reports coming in from z-wave devices (not just this device, I think, looks like any devi...

Re: Why would LUA be really slow?

Good thought, Jos. A log entry shows up immediately for the switch action and right after it (<0.5s.) for "Domoticz is sending a command", then the light switches some time after that, quite variable - just had it take 2s and 10s on two consecutive tries. On and off seem to be either quicker or slow...

Why would LUA be really slow?

I have a really simple LUA script to toggle the state of a light when a switch is pushed, but when I trigger the event, there's a huge delay (8~10 seconds typically!) before the target device changes state. I'm using LUA to avoid the silliness with Blockly and its fall-through "elseif" clauses, but ...

Re: Adding z-wave... which device is which?

Thanks! My search didn't turn up that page. So it's as I guessed... in which case, any idea why devices 0E, 11 each show only one "Switch" device? Both are multi-channel devices; 0E is a Fibaro FGS223 with two physical channels, 11 is the FGS213 with a fake second channel. Is that likely to be relat...

Adding z-wave... which device is which?

Hi, This may be a dumb question, but I can't seem to find the answer to it, so I'm going to ask! I added a razberry 2 z-wave controller to domoticz, using the OZW hardware layer. All fine after an hour or two of following the various forum posts to get it talking. My controller already has a few dev...
