Re: Temperature sensor to measure central heating (CV leidingen)

Were you able to get it working yet?
I have a similar sensor (TFA 30.3133) and have the following protocols enables for my RFXCOM transceiver.
One of the enabled protocols should allow you to detect/add the sensor.

Re: Lookout for latest beta 9379 - Segmentation fault!

Works! Super.

Only thing I notice is that when selecting Log in one of the temperatures sensors (temperature section), it switches to Dashboard, instead of showing the log.
Guess it will be fixed later.

Re: Good practice for updating beta's

Good one! Simple but effective. Thanks.

Are we sure the "updatebeta" script file itself is not/never overwritten with an beta upgrade?

Will this script also be executed when you click the "Check update Domoticz" from the webinterface?

Re: Lookout for latest beta 9379 - Segmentation fault!

I dont use HUE and it also crashes within minutes after reboot.
Role back to stable works, but then I miss many devices.

any suggestions on how I roll-back to previous beta (instead of roll-back to stable) ?

Re: Tyre pressure sensors

I added my Toyota Auris TMPS in Domoticz using RTL-SDR reciever and rtl_433 software. Temp.png Pressure.png Really nice! Some questions: - How did you get this added as devices and when did it send out the first (learning) signal? Does it send continuously or only when the wheels are rotating? - An...

Re: [Bug][ V 3.8849 ] Generate Blocky Events alone !!!

There seems to be a bug in the beta release.
Issue is solved for now under Events after you change the "all" setting to "device".With that it only gets triggered after a "Device" status actually changes.

Re: Newest beta 3.8841 Events broken

After I rolled back to stable, I now upgraded and tested beta version 3.8850 and it works again when I set the event to "device" instead of "all".
The events do not get triggered multiple times per second anymore.

Re: Newest beta 3.8841 RFLink problem

I'm having similar issues with v3.8841, but I believe its not related to RFLink specifically. In my case it looks like like the blockly events trigger queries/switches multiple times per second, continously, which means I cant get some of the dummy switches switched off. What solved the issue is to ...

Re: Kodi Mediaserver Support

I confirm something is weird (at least to my understanding) about Kodi-triggered events support in Domoticz. Here are the Kodi events as shown in the Domoticz Log page for various Kodi actions: Kodi is starting: 2017-11-19 01:44:45.540 Kodi: (mykodi) Connected to 'kodi.example.lan:9090'. 2017-11-19...

Re: Tyre pressure sensors

If they only transmit when rotating, it might be possible to recieve at least one status message when arriving and leaving home?!?
I'll switch on "Accept new Hardware Devices" and try tomorrow :)

Tyre pressure sensors

Many cars nowadays keep track of tyre pressure. There are different ways how this is measured, but one common way is using tyre pressure sensors built into the tyres. These sensors actually use 433MHz to transmit their data. Anyone ever tried to capture this via rfxcom/rflink ? Would be cool when at...

Re: Smartwares introduces 433 thermostat valve

If it isn't getting warmer than 26-27°C in that cabinet you could just set them to 28 when you want them open and on 4 if you want them closed. Understood. But in my case I would want to be able to set it to half open, or 1/3 or 3/4, regardless of what temp the thermostat measures. I guess setting ...

Re: Smartwares introduces 433 thermostat valve

Would it be possible to reasonably control the thermostat valve using an external temp sensor via Domoticz? Scenario I'm facing: I would want to use the thermostat valve for my floor heating in the living room. (Officially called "naregeling vloerverwarming"). As the heating unit itself is in a clos...

Differences using LUA script in webinterface vs flat file

Hi, I have several LUA scripts running as files in the .../domoticz/scripts/ directory. I also have one LUA script that I inserted via the web interface. All works fine and in parallel. The only difference I see is that scripts added to the .../domoticz/scripts/ directory are not visible in the web ...

Re: Temperature sensor to measure central heating (CV leidingen)

Have a link or name of the product I can search for?
I need it to have one of these external connectors so that I can attach the sensor to the Central Heating system pipes, and it needs to talk to RFXCOM.
