SetPoint into a Scenario

Ciao, Just discovered that setpoint could NOT be added as a part of a scenario.... Of course if this happend there is a valid reason, but could it be evaluated its integration? I have my daily wake-up routine that include: - Switch on my bed light - Set my volumio to a specific playlist and volume (...

Uh... my fault...

Re: POPP radiator valve stops sending temprature information

I have LC13 but the software should be almost the same...

in zWave device config set the wakeup time to 3600 (1 hour), or set it by your needs (note that shorter is the time, faster battery will drain)

I have setted up 3 minutes and my batteries last for the winter season.

Re: Script for MEROSS MSS425E Smart Power Stripe

yes I did, but could not find the device.
the issue is based on 2 different situations:
1) Meross does not use Tuya chipset on this device
2) Meross uses its own cloud (eu-iot.meross.com)

My intention would be to try to subscribe the MQTT IoT network from meross and check what's happend :P :P

Script for MEROSS MSS425E Smart Power Stripe

Ciao, I finally found a way to figure out how to access my Meross MSS425E https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/61OvONILshL._SX569_.jpg yes, it works with Alexa, but I want to access it via Domoticz, and since there is no way to interact Alexa from Domoticz, this is the best solution I fo...

Re: IP radiator valve

basically all devices uses their own cloud... none uses a direct IP connection Netatmo uses its own cloud either but there is a supported hardware in Domoticz that would allow you to use it with no problems Exactely because I do not want to use any cloud, I use danfoss LC13 zWave devices that are re...

Re: Domoticz and Bluetooth mesh

Actually I handle BLE via nodered just for presence detection. The big deal with BLE devices is that even if exist a standard, most manufactor delivers their own protocol specific with NO API or SDK. this would need a big work in reverse engineering that could not create a common framework... By my ...

Re: Speed up JSON output?

does it delay in ACTING the Dim/switch or just for notifying it? (send the json response/update the switch in the UI) I have a much loaded PI (actually a P3b+) than yours (20Mb db, about 100 devices, nodeRed for other external flows) and I have a delay of about 300ms in acting... a bit more in notif...

Re: Speedtest problems

raspberry PI3 and previous have the Ethernet port upon the USB bus this means that the theoretical speed of 480Mbs (nominal USB2 speed) is shared among the USB devices. PI3 is 100Mbit, you will never get a value around it More... speedtest works by getting the amount of FREE bandhwith, so if the por...

Re: Smart plug

it uses smart life cloud... afaik it should be something like: - tuya chipset - proprietary cloud (based on brand) based on MQTT communication. if you want to check what's going on you have 2 options: - use wireshark to sniff the packets (but since there is a SSL connection you will get encoded pack...

Re: proposal for thermastat

not clear if you want a thermometer (report temps and domoticz will do the rest: start /stop heater, check/compare temps etc etc) or a fully working thermostat (so you have your heater connected to it and you have a setpoint and the heater switch status in domoticz to interact with) a friend of mine...

Re: Noob question about MQTT & Domoticz

you have to create a flow that will convert the RF messages into domoticz MQTT telegrams normally you would need a reference table (a JSON object) that will keep reference between Rf ID and Domoticz IDX try posting an example of your received message from RF... and an image of your actual flow... so...

check out for radio interferences... strong signals on 868Mhz (did someone recently installed an alarm system or a garage door?)

I had a similar problem on 433Mhz (which is almost a jungle!)
