Re: OpenZWave: Received timeout notification

So, what's the use of a multi sensor if you're not polling it? ;) You really should not be polling the sensor ( or any ZWAVE device for that matter) from the domoticz server as these are sensor devices which "sleep" between operations to preserve battery energy. They will obviously wakeup and send ...

Re: HTTPS not working pls help

There should be some information in the log file at startup time indicating the webserver has started and it's ports.

Re: HTTPS not working pls help

What is the domoticz.log telling you at startup of domoticz? Any errors or status for the webserver?

That is a nice solution, but Alexa <> Google home, so is this also possible for Google home?

Re: Z-wave auto read switch status light

Hey! It turns it actually works! yes of course ;) (just kidding) I guess the same applies for an alarm, right? so If I have a device alarm ID37, and I want a door to send a signal to it when open, then I would add it to group 37, right? correct zwave devices can trigger actions directly like that w...

Re: Z-wave auto read switch status light

You are a little confused here. ;) So lets take de Hall. It has in Group1 the device 1 ( did you replace your controller that had deviceid 1 at the time?) This group1 needs to contain the deviceid of your current controller, so should be 61. There is no need to add anything to the controller itself,...

Re: Z-wave auto read switch status light

I am sorry but can't read that screen shot properly. It does look like there is a number in Group 1, which is the group the controller needs to be in. Is that the controller number there? EDIT: So it is the other way round: in this case the device group 1 needs to have deviceid of the controller in ...

Re: Z-wave auto read switch status light

The controller needs to be in that "lifeline" group to receive the status. Just add that in there and check.

Can I remove the "if devicechanged == nil" check now, then?
Sure as that table is always provided with a Device Event, but won't be there for the other types of events.

Re: Why would LUA be really slow?

Let me guess: You have coded this in the internal editor and haven't made it a "Device" script?
Check the dropdown for All and change that to Devices. ;)

Does the log entry also take that long or just the switch of the light?
What is shown for that in the domoticz log?

Re: Lua not triggered on device change

...the corresponding lua script does not fire on device change if the created multi sensor (by plugin) is not addet as device. Is this behavior intentional or a failure from my side? An event is only fired when active devices are updated, so yes, "WU" needs to be added as active device if you want ...

Re: "Empty" Sensor active causing my sensor online check script (for loop) to crash?

Could you post the full code of the script as this is only a portion. You could just add a test like this, but would need to full scrip to be sure: for i, v in pairs(otherdevices) do print(i, v) timeon = 70 tc = tostring(i) if tc ~= "" then if (debug) then print("debug - onlinecheck - Alive: " .. tc...

Re: mqtt : blind doesn' stop

Doesn't look like the "Stop" command is supported yet via MQTT and will trigger an "MQTT: Invalid data received!" message in the log.
switchlight currently has the switchcmd options: On/Off/Toggle/Set Level.

Re: LUA: To many Telegram messages

I am not sure why this script can work at all as the variable "omvormer_temp" is nowhere defined! I also assume this script is a device script and not a time script, which I think you normally would use for this purpose. Normally you want to run this script either one time per minute(script_time_???...
